Passion Place is a nicely maintained Beneteau 49 with a shoal draft, waterway friendly spar and an extremely livable layout. She's comfortable at the dock or cruising, having a very spacious interior that is well laid out. The galley is a great place to work, and allows the cook to be part of the party while offering a safe place to work while underway. The cockpit is within easy reach to hand up sandwiches or whatever while traveling, and cocktails when tied up. The newly refinished cockpit table is just lovely, and when the weather gets stinky, she has a full enclosure. This is just one of those boats that is pretty, just the right size, easy to handle and dock with a bow thruster, comfortable with reverse cycle heat and air and a generator to keep you climatized at anchor.
