Her build is well thought out, and is described in detail below. Just a few highlights of that build are that her hull, below the waterline, is solid GRP construction with vinylester resin. Kevlar is additionally incorporated into the bow and keel areas for strength and rigidity. In the areas of thru-hulls, chainplates, and deck hardware, the construction is solid GRP. The hull above the waterline is cored with Divinycell while subsoles and bulkheads are cored with Nida-Core. These are expensive materials that don't allow moisture penetration and add to the life and continued safety of this design.…
